DIGITAL: THE PRIORITIES USA FOUNDATION USED DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS TO PROVIDE AMERICAN VOTERS WITH INFORMATION ABOUT ELECTIONS IN THEIR STATE.

VOTER ACCESS LITIGATION: THE FOUNDATION FUNDED AND SUPPORTED LITIGATION TO PROTECT FULL AND FAIR ACCESS TO THE BALLOT AND ENSURE THAT NO VOTER IS DEPRIVED OF THEIR RIGHT TO VOTE AS GUARANTEED BY THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND THE VOTING RIGHTS ACT. WHEN STATE LEGISLATURES PASSED LAWS THAT MADE IT HARDER FOR ELIGIBLE CITIZENS TO VOTE, THE FOUNDATION PURSUED LITIGATION TO ENSURE THAT THEY WERE OVERTURNED OR WEAKENED IN COURT, SUCCESSFULLY PROTECTING CITIZENS IN SEVERAL STATES.

INFORMING DEMOCRACY: CONDUCTS RESEARCH ABOUT HOW AND BY WHOM VOTES AND ELECTIONS ARE CERTIFIED IN ORDER TO PROTECT OUR ELECTIONS AND DETECT ATTEMPTS AT SUBVERSION, WITH A FOCUS ON STATE-LEVEL PROCESSES AND HOW THOSE PROCESSES DIFFER AND ARE EXECUTED AT THE COUNTY, MUNICIPALITY, AND EVEN PRECINCT LEVEL.
