DIGITAL: THE FOUNDATION EDUCATED THE CITIZENRY ON ISSUES USING DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS.
VOTER ACCESS LITIGATION: THE FOUNDATION FUNDED AND SUPPORTED LITIGATION TO PROTECT FULL AND FAIR ACCESS TO THE BALLOT AND ENSURE THAT NO VOTER IS DEPRIVED OF HIS OR HER RIGHT TO VOTE AS GUARANTEED BY THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND THE VOTING RIGHTS ACT. WHEN STATE LEGISLATURES PASSED LAWS THAT MADE IT HARDER FOR ELIGIBLE CITIZENS TO VOTE, THE FOUNDATION PURSUED AGGRESSIVE LITIGATION TO ENSURE THAT THEY WERE OVERTURNED OR WEAKENED IN COURT, SUCCESSFULLY PROTECTING CITIZENS IN SEVERAL STATES.
