REVENUE GENERATED FROM OUR VARIOUS BUSINESS FUNCTIONS IS USED TO SUPPORT OUR MISSION AND COVER THE COSTS OF OPERATING THE BUSINESSES. 25,253 INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL, OR OTHER SOCIAL BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT RECEIVED SERVICES THROUGH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT IN 2021, INCLUDING 916 PEOPLE PLACED INTO PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY POSITIONS. WE COLLECT USABLE ITEMS FOR RESALE IN OUR RETAIL STORES AND TRAIN PEOPLE FOR WORK THROUGH TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT, EXTENDED TRAINING, AND OTHER SUPPORTING SERVICES.
