IT IS THE MISSION OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN'S GYMNASTICS JUDGES TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ITS MEMBERS AND TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE WOMEN'S GYMNASTICS IN THE UNITED STATES.

FOR THE YEAR ENDING OCTOBER 31, 2023THE MISSION OF NAWGJ IS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ITS MEMBERS & TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE WOMEN'S GYMNASTICS IN THE USA.ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND ACTIVITIES: 750 JUDGES JOINED OUR 50TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION GOLD AND GLORIOUS NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM, JULY 13 15, 2023 NAWGJ HAS 2,234 MEMBERS, AN INCREASE OF 59 OVER LAST YEAR (2,175) PROVIDED JUDGES FOR 3,037 MEETS IN 2023-24, INCLUDING 389 COLLEGIATE MEETS. MADE 21,908 ASSIGNMENTS IN 2023-24, INCLUDING 2,399 COLLEGIATE COMPETITIONSMAJOR EDUCATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 2023-24 RAPID REVIEWS AND PRACTICE JUDGING VIDEOS DEVELOPED FOR ALL DEVELOPMENTAL LEVELS AND XCEL DIVISIONS ELEVEN ON-LINE NATIONAL CLINICS CONDUCTED: LEVELS 6-9 AND ALL XCEL DIVISIONS: 2,991 PARTICIPANTS IN ADDITION TO NATIONAL CLINICS, NAWGJ CONDUCTED OVER 100 CLINICS AT THE STATE AND REGIONAL LEVELS THE NAWGJ WEBSITE NOW HAS 1,421 SUBSCRIBERS. A NEW SECTION WAS ADDED ON JUDGE HEALTH AND WELLNESS. OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL HAS 2,265 SUBSCRIBERS INCLUDING 731 NEW FOLLOWERS COMPARED TO 667 LAST YEAR. THE CHANNEL HAD 323,707 VIEWS IN 2023-24 COMPARED TO 191,800 LAST YEAR AND 11,680 MORE HOURS OF WATCH TIME COMPARED TO 8,100 THE PRIOR YEAR.THE NATIONAL JUDGES CUP WAS HELD IN DENTON, TEXAS, JANUARY 7-8, 2023. THIS IS OUR PRIMARY FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT OUR EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS. 79 JUDGES VOLUNTEERED FROM 26 STATES
