MINNESOTA MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS INDUSTRY FUND WORKS TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE INDUSTRY. SOME METHODS OF ACCOMPLISHING THAT IN THE PRESENT YEAR INCLUDE PROVIDING TRAINING, EASIER ACCESS TO INDUSTRY RELATED INFORMATION VIA WEBSITE, AND BY COMMUNICATING WITH THE LEGISLATURE REGARDING ISSUES IMPACTING THE MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR INDUSTRY.
MINNESOTA MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS INDUSTRY FUND PROMOTES THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AS WELL AS AWARENESS OF THE CONTRACTORS INDUSTRY THROUGH PROGRAMS SUCH AS THE HEATS ON AND WATERS OFF PROGRAMS. THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE LOW-INCOME, ELDERLY, AND DISABLED HOMEOWNERS WHO WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE ABLE TO AFFORD SUCH SERVICES.
