MYPATH PROGRAM: TRAIN AND SUPPORT COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS TO SERVE AS MENTORS TO YOUTH AGED 17-21 WHO ARE TRANSITIONING OUT OF FOSTER CARE. INCLUDES CASE MANAGEMENT OF YOUTH AND VOLUNTEERS. IN 2021, 113 YOUTH PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM
MATCHED SAVINGS: SAVINGS PROGRAM FOR YOUTH PARTICIPATING IN MYPATH PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS THEM TO SAVE MONEY INTO SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AND HAVE IT MATCHED FOR PURCHASING APPROVED PRODUCTIVE ASSETS. IN 2021, 42 YOUTH HAD ACTIVE SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AND 11 PURCHASES WERE MADE.
