OUR PLACEMENT DEPARTMENT FOCUSES ON GETTING A ROOF OVER OUR CLIENT'S HEAD, WITH OR WITHOUT CARE SERVICES INCLUDED. WE MATCH OUR CLIENTS TO THE SENIOR COMMUNITIES OR SKILLED NURSING CARE THAT MEETS THEIR CARE NEEDS WHILE ALSO WORKING WITH THEIR BUDGET AND/ OR INSURANCE. IN 2020, WE ASSISTED 5,529 SENIORS REQUESTING ASSISTANCE WITH AT 3,238 FACING SOME FORM OF HOUSING INSECURITY AND WE WERE ABLE TO HELP 122 OF THOSE FIND PLACEMENT IN A NURSING HOME. WE CONNECT SENIOR CITIZENS TO THE BEST RESOURCES THAT THEIR COMMUNITY HAS TO OFFER SUCH AS HOME CARE, HOME HEALTH CARE, PALLIATIVE CARE AND ADULT DAY CARE. WE ALSO PROVIDE INDEPENDENT LIVING AVAILABLE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. AS OF 2021, OVER 20 RESIDENTS HAVE BEEN PLACED IN OUR HELPING HANDS HOME PROGRAM.
