EARLY CHILDHOOD COALITION CREATION FOR GUADALUPE COUNTY. DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW COALITION THAT SUPPORTS FAMILIES AND CHILDREN OF GUADALUPE COUNTY WITH RESOURCES. THIS COALITION CREATION WAS CREATED AND MANAGED BY OUR NONPROFIT BUT HALF WAY THOUGH FISCAL YEAR 2023 IT BECAME INDEPENDENT AND WAS NOT MANAGED THROUGH US. THIS REPORT SHOWS ALL FUNDS THAT WERE RECEIVED AND EXPENSED WHILE UNDER OUR ORGANIZATION. ALL FUNDS WERE EXPENSED


IMAGINATION LIBRARY OF GUADALUPE COUNTY SENDS BOOKS TO CHILDREN TO PROMOTE EARLY LITERACY. THIS ORGANIZATION RECEIVED A GRANT FROM THE SOUTHWESTERN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENT IN NEW MEXICO TO REIMBURSE OUR ORGANIZATION FOR 80% OF THE BOOK FEES THAT GET SENT OUT TO CHILDREN. OUR ORGANIZATION CURRENTLY SEND 100 CHILDREN BOOKS AROUND THE COUNTY OF GUADALUPE AGES BIRTH TO 5 YEARS OLD.


GCDC MANAGES AND OPERATES SANTA ROSA MAINSTREET FOR THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA. FOR THIS PROJECT OUR ORGANIZATION CONTRACTS FOR FULFILL ALL STATE REQUIREMENTS AND USES HALF THE CONTRACT AMOUNT FOR THIS CONTRACTING FEE.
