THE LIVIN FOUNDATION RETURNED TO ITS PRE-PANDEMIC, NORMAL OPERATIONS IN 2021. THROUGHOUT 2021, WE HELD OUR ANNUAL CAMP LIVIN WEEKEND RETREAT FOR FAMILIES THAT HAVE SUFFERED A LOSS TO SUICIDE. WE ALSO HELD OUR ANNUAL LIVIN MUSIC FESTIVAL, WHICH CREATES QUALITY ENGAGEMENT AND OUTREACH WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, ULTIMATELY STARTING MORE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT MENTAL ILLNESS WITH THE GOAL OF PREVENTING SUICIDE. IN ADDITION TO THESE TWO ANNUAL EVENTS, THE LIVIN FOUNDATION AWARDED FINANCIAL GRANTS THROUGH OUR GRANT COMMITTEE, TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY, SPECIFICALLY SUFFERING FROM A MENTAL HEALTH NEED. WE ALSO CONDUCTED SEVERAL EDUCATIONAL (QPR) AND SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS WITH CORPORATIONS AND SCHOOLS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY, TALKING ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH. THROUGH THESE PROGRAMS, EVENTS, NEWSLETTER AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO REACH THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE THROUGHOUT 2021.
