THE COMMUNITY KITCHEN AND CULINARY INCUBATOR, WITH OUTFITTED EQUIPMENT FROM GRANT FUNDS AND CONTRIBUTIONS ALLOWS FARMERS AND GROWING FOOD BUSINESSES TO ENHANCE THEIR PRODUCTS BY CREATING VALUE-ADDED ITEMS. FURTHERMORE, THE SOKY MARKETPLACE HOSTS THE SOKY ICE RINK ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY WHICH ENCOURAGES COMMERCE IN WARREN COUNTY, BRINGS NEW CUSTOMERS TO THE FARMERS MARKET, AND ENCOURAGES HEALTHY HABITS.
