DEVELOPED IN 2018, THE ALLIANCE WAS BORN OUT OF A SHARED UNDERSTANDING OF THE CRUCIAL ROLE FOOD SAFETY CULTURE PLAYS IN ENSURING THAT FOOD IS SAFE, AND CONSUMERS ARE PROTECTED.
