TENANT SERVICES: HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION, RENTAL COUNSELING, HOUSING ASSISTANCE, AND ADVOCACY WORK TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO AVOID HOMELESSNESS AND LOCATE PERMANENT HOUSING.
HOMEOWNER FINANCE: A PROGRAM VIA OMAHA 100, INC. THAT PROVIDES MORTGAGE FINANCING TO HELP PROSPECTIVE HOME BUYERS REALIZE THE "AMERICAN DREAM" OF HOMEOWNERSHIP. THE PROGRAM CONNECTS BUYERS WITH HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION TO ADDRESS CREDIT ISSUES AND PREPARE FOR A MORTGAGE LOAN.
FINANCIAL EDUCATION: PROVIDES FINANCIAL EDUCATION, MATCHED SAVINGS (AS AVAILABLE), BUDGETING, CREDIT AND SAVINGS, AND COACHING THROUGH ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING, FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT COUNSELING, AND CREDIT HISTORY REVIEW ASSISTANCE. FOR ADULTS AND ALSO TO YOUTH TRANSITIONING OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.

HOME BUYER EDUCATION: PREPARES CONSUMERS FOR THE HOME BUYING PROCESS THROUGH MONTHLY, 12-HOUR WORKSHOPS OR AN ONLINE PRE-PURCHASE EDUCATION COURSE. ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING, CREDIT REPORT REVIEW, FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT COUNSELING, AND MORTGAGE DOCUMENTATION REVIEW ASSISTANCE.
