EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT COALITION: PROVIDES QUALITY VOLUNTEER TAX RETURN PREPARATION, LEVERAGES COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS, AND WORKS TO CREATE STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE SAVINGS FOR LOW- TO MODERATE-INCOME FAMILIES.
