IN 2021, KACF-SF AWARDED 14 GRANTS, TOTALING NEARLY $350,000 TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING CRITICAL SERVICES. 10,000+ COMMUNITY MEMBERS DIRECTLY REACHED THROUGH OUR GRANT-FUNDED PROGRAMS, 220 CAREGIVERS AND SENIORS CONNECTED TO RECEIVE DIRECT SOCIAL SERVICE SUPPORTS. 770 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED COUNSELING AND/OR LINKAGES TO RELEVANT MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES. 10 COMMUNITY MEMBERS EDUCATED TO IDENTIFY AND RESPOND TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE COMMUNITY AND 95 LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENTS ASSISTED THROUGH THE NATURALIZATION PROCESS TO BECOME US CITIZENS.
