ALTERNATIVES TO DETENTION - IMPLEMENTING, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ESTABLISH PROGRAMS TO SUPERVISE YOUTH IN RELEASE AND REDUCE THE USE OF DETENTION DUE TO COURT DELAYS. COVERS FOUR JURISDICTIONS IN MEXICO: DURANGO, MEXICO CITY, CHIHUAHUA, AND GUERRERO. APPROXIMATELY 2,500 YOUTH SERVED.


PANDEMIC RESPONSE - AID TO PROTECT YOUTH IN DETENTION DURING THE PANDEMIC: PROVIDED SERVICES, EDUCATION, FAMILY REUNIFICATION TO OVER 1,500 YOUTH.
