PLOT (POLITICAL LEADERS OF TODAY):IN 2022, WOMEN WINNING HAD 30+ PLOT PARTICIPANTS, WHERE THEY GAINED TRAINING, NEW SKILLS AND HANDS-ON CAMPAIGN EXPERIENCE. 2022 PLOT TRAINING INCLUDED TRAINING ON CAMPAIGN FUNDAMENTALS, POLITICAL DATA, AND PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. WE HOSTED THREE FORMAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR PLOT PARTICIPANTS. THIS TRAINING PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR NEW AND EMERGING PRO-CHOICE LEADERS TO GET HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS TO EXPAND THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET VOLUNTEERED OR WORKED ON A POLITICAL CAMPAIGN. CANDIDATE RECRUITMENT & TRAINING:WOMEN WINNING IS THE ONLY MINNESOTA ORGANIZATION SOLELY FOCUSED ON TRAINING, SUPPORTING, ENDORSING AND ELECTING PRO-CHOICE WOMEN. WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE RESOURCES AT EVERY PHASE OF A CANDIDATE'S JOURNEY TO MAXIMIZE OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNITY POWER. FROM HISTORIC REDISTRICTING, RECORD RETIREMENTS, EVERY STATE RACE ON THE BALLOT, TO THE DOBBS DECISION, WOMEN WINNING WAS ACTIVE AND RESPONSIVE.WE OFFER ALL SERVICES FREE-OF-CHARGE, BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS THAT PREVENT WOMEN, PARTICULARLY WOMEN OF COLOR, LGBTQ+ WOMXN, AND WOMEN WITH DISABILITIES, FROM ENGAGING IN THE POLITICAL PROCESS.
