CELI FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM: CELIS SIGNATURE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM ATTRACTS EMERGING LEADERS WITH DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS AND EQUIPS THEM WITH TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING, AND A PASSIONATE COMMUNITY DEDICATED TO BUILDING AN EQUITABLE, DECARBONIZED, AND RESILIENT ENERGY ECOSYSTEM. CELIS FIVE-MONTH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS IS TAUGHT BY INFLUENTIAL THOUGHT LEADERS AND EXPERT PRACTITIONERS IN THE FIELD. FELLOWS ARE CHALLENGED TO THINK CRITICALLY ABOUT CURRENT ENERGY POLICY AND MARKET STRUCTURES, EXAMINE EXISTING AND HISTORICAL INEQUITIES, IDENTIFY EXISTING BARRIERS TO CLEAN ENERGY DEPLOYMENT AND INNOVATION, AND DEVELOP HOLISTIC SOLUTIONS TOWARDS AN EQUITABLE ENERGY TRANSITION. THE CELI 2021 FELLOWSHIP TRAINED 172 EMERGING LEADERS ACROSS THE SPECTRUM OF CLEAN ENERGY TECHNOLOGY, REGULATORY STRUCTURES, BUSINESS, FINANCE, POLICY, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
