CONNECT PERISHABLE FOOD FROM LOCAL FOOD PURVEYORS TO LOCAL NON-PROFITS THAT FEED OUR HUNGRY WHILE RAISING AWARENESS AND EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ON WASTED FOOD AND HUNGER.

SAVING GRACE PROVIDES A PROFESSIONALLY COORDINATED, PERISHABLE FOOD LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION OPERATION. USING REFIGERATED FOOD TRUCKS AND PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS/FOOD AMBASSADOR, THEY RESCUE EXCESS PERISHABLE FOOD FROM LOCAL FOOD VENDORS INCLUDING GROCERY STORES, WHOLESALERS, CATERERS, RESTAURANTS, CONVENIENT STORES, CAFETERIAS, AND COMMUNITY GARDENS. THEY THEN MATCH THE DONATED HEALTHY FOOD AND DELIVER IT THE SAME DAY, FREE OF CHARGE, TO 501(C)(3) NONPROFITS SUCH AS PANTRIES, SHELTERS, AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS, AND SENIOR CENTERS TO FEED THEIR HUNGRY CLIENTS. ALSO WORKING WITH ENVIRONMENTAL PARTNERS TO ENGAGE OUR COMMUNITY WITH THE AWARENESS THAT CLOSE TO 40% OF FOOD PRODUCED IS THROWN AWAY AND THE IMPACT THAT HAS ON OUR ENVIRONMENT AND FOOD EQUITY.
