TO WORK IN COOPERATION AND PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA TO OPERATE A PARK/PLAZA NEAR THE CENTER OF THE CITY WHICH WILL PROVIDE OPEN PARK AMENITIES AND AN AMPHITHEATER FOR GENERAL USE BY ALL CITIZENS OF THE COMMUNITY, TOURISTS AND VISITORS FROM NEARBY CITIES AND COMMUNITIES. THE AMPHITHEATER WILL BE USED FOR ENTERTAINMENT VENUES. THE PARK/PLAZA FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL CITIZENS TO UTILIZE TO HOST WEDDINGS, PARTIES AND VARIOUS OTHER EVENTS.
