THE ORGANIZATION INVESTED HUNDREDS OF HOURS COORDINATING THE MEDICAL CARE AND REQUIRED TRAVEL FOR SPINAL INJURY SUPPORT OF U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND SPECIAL FORCES RETIRED VETERAN. THE EFFORTS INCLUDED ARRANGING SPINAL CORD IMPLANTS, PHYSICAL THERAPY AND EVALUATIONS, REVIEW OF BEFORE AND AFTER CT AND MRI SCANS AND PAIN MANAGEMENT.
OPERATION BACKBONE DEVELOPED RELATIONSHIPS WITH VARIOUS SPORTS TEAM OWNERS IN THE BUFFALO AND NEW YORK LOCATIONS TO ASSIST AND PROMOTE ITS MISSION TO MEDICAL CARE AND RECOVERY OPTIONS FOR ACTIVE AND RETIRED MILITARY SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE SUFFERED INJURIES TO THE BRAIN OR SPINAL CORD.
