CERTIFIED HOME CARE AIDES PROVIDE PERSONAL CARE AND HOMEMAKING SERVICES INCLUDING BATHING, DRESSING, MEAL PREPARATION, MEDICATION REMINDERS, COMPANIONSHIP AND SUPERVISION AND MORE. CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAMS PROVIDE EDUCATION, COUNSELING AND FINANCIAL REIMBURSEMENTS FOR CAREGIVING RELATED SUPPLIES AND RESPITE FOR UNPAID FAMILY CAREGIVERS WHO RESIDE IN DC AND ARE CARING FOR AN OLDER DC RESIDENT.
