THE MONGOL ECOLOGY CENTER ORGANIZES AND RUNS CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGES FOR THE TRANSFER OF INTERNATIONAL BEST PRACTICES AND RESOURCES THAT HELP PROTECT OUR NATURAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE, AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE WELL-BEING OF OUR PLANET.

PROVIDING EXPERTISE AND MATERIAL SUPPORT TO THE NATIONAL PARKS OF MONGOLIA AND OTHER NATIONS THROUGH OUR INTERNATIONAL "RALLY FOR RANGERS" PROGRAM.


STRENGTHENING THE MEC'S "JUNIOR RANGER" YOUTH-EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS, PARKS, & OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS AROUND THE LARGER LAKE HOVSGOL REGION OF MONGOLIA, REACHING AND TEACHING 150 STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 10 AND 17.


SUPPORTING THE ENVIRONMENTAL WORK OF THE NATIONAL PARK ACADEMY (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE "LAKE HOVSGOL CONSERVANCY"), A MONGOLIAN NON-PROFIT PROJECT THAT ADVOCATES FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL RIGHTS OF LOCAL PEOPLE, WHILE REACHING SOME 200,000 LOCAL RESIDENTS, AND ABETTING THE WORK OF NATIONAL PARKS AND OTHER PROTECTED AREAS LOCATED THROUGHOUT MONGOLIA.
