PREPARE AND SERVE 1,200 TO 1,500 MEALS A WEEK. USE A FULLY EQUIPPED MOBILE TRAILER OR CARGO TRAILER EQUIPPED WITH GRILLS AND GRIDDLES. SERVE FIVE DAYS A WEEK AT LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY.
