THE IUE-CWA BANKRUPTCY CLAIM TRUST IS AN EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION CONSISTING OF RETIREES OF GENERAL MOTORS AND DELPHI CORPORATION WHO WERE REPRESENTED BY THE IUE-CWA, BUT ALSO INCLUDING GM AND DELPHI RETIREES WHO WERE REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, OR THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS. THE TRUST IS AUTHORIZED BY THE TRUST AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE MEDICAL AND HEALTH BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANTS, INCLUDING SICK AND ACCIDENTAL BENEFITS, BY REIMBURSEMENT OR OTHERWISE.

MISSION:

PART I, LINE 1 THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES TO INCLUDE PROMOTING, ENCOURAGING AND ASSISTING IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND THE TRANSITION TO OHIO INDUSTRY OF ADVANCED DATA COLLECTION, MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS TECHNOLOGIES. FOSTERING COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE RESEARCH CENTERS OF OHIO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND RELATED COMPANIES, ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS AND GOVERNMENTAL RESEARCH FACILITIES, ENCOURAGING THE RETENTION, DEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND RELATED INDUSTRIES IN OHIO AND PROMOTING, ENCOURAGING AND ASSISTING IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH TO AID IN THE EDUCATION OF COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS.

THE MISSION OF OHIO GOVERNOR'S IMAGINATION LIBRARY IS TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE READING BY THE CHILDREN OF THE STATE OF OHIO, INCLUDING FOR SUCH PURPOSES THE PROVISION OF BOOKS TO CHILDREN THROUGH DOLLY PARTON'S IMAGINATION LIBRARY AND ANCILLARY ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS AND BENEFITS.
