RECOVERY GROUP MEETINGS ARE HELD THREE TO SIX TIMES A DAY BY A GROUP MEMBER SERVING AS CHAIR. EACH GROUP IS AUTONOMOUS AND RECOVERY TOPICS ARE SELECTED TO ASSIST MEMBERS WITH RECOVERY. MEETINGS ARE SIXTY TO NINETY MINUTES IN DURATION AND OPEN AND CLOSE WITH SELECT PRAYERS AND FORMAT. A BASKET IS PASSED AT THE END OF THE MEETING TO COLLECT VOLUNTARY DONATIONS FROM ATTENDEES. MONEY COLLECTED GOES TO INDIVIDUAL GROUP TREASURIES. THE GROUPS PAY A SET RENTAL FEE TO THE CLUB.
CLUB MEMBERS SERVE TO OPERATE A COFFEE/SNACK BAR. ATTENDEES MAKE A VOLUNTARY DONATION TO THE CLUB FOR THE REFRESHMENTS. THE CLUB ALSO FACILITATES THE SALE OF LITERATURE ADDRESSING RECOVERY FROM ALCHOLISM AND ADDICTION AT REDUCED RATES. RECOVERY LITERATURE IN THE FORM OF PAMPHLETS IS PROVIDED TO MEMBERS FREE OF CHARGE.
