ROW HOUSE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (RHCDC) EXPANDS OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO LOW AND MODERATE-INCOME RESIDENTS IN THE NORTHERN THIRD WARD. RHCDC PROVIDES RESIDENTS AFFORDABLE, SAFE, SANITARY HOUSING BY ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, AND REHABILITATING EXISTING NEIGHBORHOOD STRUCTURES. THROUGH RELATED ACTIVITIES, ROW HOUSE CDC PRESERVES AND PROTECTS THE HISTORIC CHARACTER OF THE NORTHERN THIRD WARD. RHCDC RESIDENTS ARE ESSENTIAL TO CREATING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AND A SENSE OF COMMUNITY. WE ACCOMPLISHED THIS THROUGH EACH RESIDENT'S COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY-BUILDING ACTIVITIES AND INITIATIVES. TO ASSIST IN THIS AREA, RHCDC HAS FORMED A RESIDENTS COUNCIL TO ENABLE THE RESIDENTS' ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE COMMUNITY.
