WOMEN & TECHNOLOGY IS A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT FOUNDED IN EARLY 2000 IN BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA. THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN WITH THE GOAL OF PROVIDING SIMPLIFIED COMPUTER RESOURCES FOR RURAL SMALL BUSINESSES, HELPING BUSINESS OWNERS INCORPORATE TECHNOLOGY AS A KEY BUSINESS TOOL. OVER THE PAST TWO DECADES, WE'VE EXPANDED OUR FOCUS AND SERVICES, ESTABLISHING A TRACK RECORD OF SUPPORTING UNDERESTIMATED ENTREPRENEURS ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA. TODAY, WOMEN AND TECHNOLOGY DELIVERS HIGH-IMPACT PROGRAMS, TRAININGS, AND EVENTS BOTH IN PERSON AND VIRTUALLY, ENABLING CLIENTS TO OVERCOME BARRIERS LIKE LACK OF CAPITAL/CASH FLOW, TIME MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES, AND STAFF RECRUITING AND RETENTION CHALLENGES. IN ADDITION, WOMEN AND TECHNOLOGY HOUSES PROGRAMMING UNDER CTB AND NDWBC. WE HAVE TWO WBCS (NDWBC-EAST AND NDWBC-WEST) THAT ARE PARTIALLY FUNDED UNDER SBA AND THE TWO CENTERS TOGETHER SERVE THE ENTIRE STATE OF ND. NDWBC (NORTH DAKOTA WOMEN'S BUSINESS CENTER) IS OUR FORWARD-FACING BRAND THAT PROVIDES ESSENTIAL RESOURCES TO HELP WOMEN START, GROW, AND SUSTAIN SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSES. OUR OFFERINGS INCLUDE ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS COACHING, TRAINING, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, CONNECTING CLIENTS TO CAPITAL AND OTHER CRITICAL RESOURCES. NDWBC IS THE LEADING VOICE RESOURCE AND PARTNER FOR WOMEN BUSINESS OWNERS DEDICATED TO AMPLIFYING THE ECONOMIC VOICE OF OUR CLIENTS THROUGH ADVOCACY AND ACCESS TO CRITICAL RESOURCES.
