SERVICES INCLUDE BENEFIT AND MONEY MANAGEMENT, OBTAINING MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILL TRAINING INCLUDES APPROPRIATE SOCIALIZATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE, APARTMENT LIVING SKILLS AND OTHER SKILLS NECESSARY TO TRANSITION TO INDEPENDENCE.
