WE'RE COMMITTED TO GIVING THESE INDIVIDUALS A REWARDING LIFE ON THEIR OWN TERMS, EXPERIENCING DIGNITY, COMPASSION AND THE JOY OF CONTINUING POSSIBILITY. AT ERIK'S RANCH, INC. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE OUR MEMBERS WITH A REWARDING LIFE ON THEIR OWN TERMS, EXPERIENCING DIGNITY, COMPASSION, AND THE JOY OF CONTINUING POSSIBILITY. OUR MISSION IS ONLY POSSIBLE AND FULLY REALIZED BECAUSE OF THE GUESTS WHO STAY AND TOUR WITH US AT BOTH OUR GUEST RANCH IN MONTANA AND BOUTIQUE-STYLE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS IN MINNESOTA. OUR GUESTS PROVIDE POSITIVE SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR MEMBERS, SUCH AS TOUR GUIDES, CONCIERGE STAFF, HISTORIANS, BAKERS AND MUCH MORE.
