THE ORGANIZATION PRESENTED APPROXIMATELY 8,902 SEMINARS TO PARTICIPANTS FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.THE FEDERALLY MANDATED COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS CONTINUED TO ADVERSELY AFFECT REVENUE. CHANGES MADE IN THE PRIOR YEAR TO THE BUSINESS MODEL AND DELIVERY SYSTEM ALLOW THE CENTER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING TRAINING IN A SAFE, VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT. THE CENTER HAS BEGUN TO HOLD SOME LIVE SEMINARS, BUT THE VAST MAJORITY ARE STILL VIRTUAL.
