OUR PROGRAMS ARE ROOTED IN THE TEACHINGS OF THE BUDDHA IN THE THERAVADA TRADITION. THIS ALONG WITH THEPOWER OF THE NATURAL WILD NATURE SEEING CREATES THE FOUNDATION FOR OUR OFFERINGS. WE HAVE A MIX OF DHARMA BASEDRETREATS AS WELL AS SECULAR RETREATS CONTAINING A VARIETY OF OFFERINGS FOR THE GENERAL POPULATION ANDALSO RETREATS SPECIFICALLY FOR TARGETED GROUPS SUCH AS EDUCATORS, MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, WOMEN, ANDPEOPLE OF COLOR. MEDITATION EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE MAJORITY OF OUR PROGRAMS WHICH RANGE INLENGTH FROM 4 NIGHTS TO 24 NIGHTS.
