EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT - PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL, NUTRITIONAL, HEALTH, SOCIAL AND SPECIAL SERVICES TO CHILDREN OF LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. APPROXIMATELY 1,176 CHILDREN SERVED.
ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROVIDES UTILITY ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS TO ASSIST THEM WITH ENERGY BILLS, THIS COULD BE GAS, ELECTRIC, PROPANE, ETC. APPROXIMATELY 12,559 CLIENTS SERVED.
COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAMS STRIVE TO REDUCE POVERTY AND EMPOWER LOW-INCOME FAMILIES TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT. APPROXIMATELY 2,273 CLIENTS SERVED.
