TRANSFER OF ASSETS TO THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF GREATER MUSCATINE. THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION WILL MANAGE THE FUNDS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION.
