PROVIDED ADOPTION INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE TO ELEVEN PROSPECTIVE ADOPTIVE COUPLES AND SOME ASSISTANCE TO FOUR ADOPTIVE COUPLES WHO ADOPTED CHILDREN IN THE PAST THROUGH HOLY FAMILY ADOPTION AGENCY.THE ADOPTION INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING - FACILITATING BACKGROUND STUDIES, GATHERING INFORMATION FROM THEIR ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS AND FROM MEETINGS WITH THEM IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE HOME STUDY ASSESSMENT AND THE HOME STUDY ASSESSMENT UPDATE WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR AN ADOPTIVE COUPLE TO ADOPT AN INFANT OR CHILD. THE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO THE ADOPTIVE COUPLES WHO ADOPTED IN THE PAST FROM HOLY FAMILY ADOPTION AGENCY WAS TO PROVIDE COUNSEL AND INFORMATION IN REPONSE TO THEIR QUESTIONS AND/OR CONCERNS.


PROVIDE ADOPTION COUNSELING TO TWO BIRTH MOTHERS WHO IN THE PAST HAVE PLACED THEIR BABIES IN ADOPTION THROUGH HOLY FAMILY ADOPTION AGENCY.THE COUNSELING CONSISTED BUT WAS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING - ADOPTION EDUCATION, GRIEF AND LOSS COUNSELING, SPIRITUAL ENRICHMENT AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THEIR RESOLVE AND RESILIENCE. ALSO PROVIDED COUNSELING ABOUT ADOPTION TO TWO BIRTH MOTHERS WHO DID NOT PLACE THEIR BABIES IN ADOPTION THROUGH HOLY FAMILY ADOPTION AGENCY.


ADVERTISING EXPENSES TO PROMOTE HOLY FAMILY ADOPTION AGENCY. OBTAINING LEGAL ADVICE ON DIFFERENT MATTERS RELATED TO ADOPTION.INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND PROFESSIONAL INSURANCE FOR THE AGENCY SOCIAL WORKER. EDUCATION TRAINING AND THE PROGRAM FEE FOR THE MINNESOTA ADOPTION AGENCY LICENSURE.
