RACHEL'S HOPE PROVIDES SERVICES THAT SUPPORT, ENCOURAGE, AND ASSIST FAMILIES IN CARRYING THEIR PREGNANCIES TO TERM AND CARING FOR THEIR CHILDREN AFTER BIRTH, THROUGH 2.5 YEARS OF AGE. THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES EDUCATION, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, SPIRITUAL SUPPORT, FINANCIAL SUPPORT, CASE MANAGEMENT, MENTORSHIP, AND REFERRALS.
