EDUCATION, TRAINING & PROMOTION: MINNESOTA PROPANE EDUCATION PROMOTIONS AND SAFETY COUNCIL (MNPEPSC) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FUNDING PUBLIC SAFTEY AND TRAINING INITIATIVES CARRIED OUT BY THE MINNESOTA PROPANE ASSOCIATION (MPA). DURING 2022 - 2023, MNPEPSC SUBSIDIZED 57 CLASSES WHERE 894 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED TRAINING, INCENTIVIZING 1,510 APPLIANCE INSTALLATION INSPECTIONS, REPLACING 769 REGULATORS AS WELL AS DISTRIBUTING 135,500 SAFTEY BROCHURES. MNPEPSC/MPA ALSO PARTNERED WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO PROMOTE PROPANE SAFTEY WHILE ICE FISHING.
