DURING 2021, EMPLOYMENT ENTERPRISES, INC., PROVIDED TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO APPROXIMATELY 135 INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND/OR MENTAL ILLNESSES. THE SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM HOME AS WELL AS TO COMMUNITY-BASED JOB SITES.
SHELTERED EMPLOYEES EARNED $403,061.29 DURING 2021. THESE WAGES WERE EARNED THROUGH JOBS INCLUDING ASSEMBLY, PACKAGING, CLEANING, CONFIDENTIAL SHREDDING, AND RECYCLING SERVICES. WE EMPLOY APPROXIMATELY 45 FULL AND PART-TIME STAFF TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES NEEDED FOR INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME MORE INTEGRATED INTO THE COMMUNITY.
