ENTERPRISE NORTH SITE:ENTERPRISE NORTH PROVIDES VOCATIONAL AND DAY SUPPORTS FOR ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR ADULTS RANGING IN AGES FROM 18 TO 80+ FOR 248 DAYS OUT OF EACH YEAR. THIS SITE IS LICENSED TO SERVE 40 AND FOCUSES ON THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF EACH PERSON. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND IN-HOUSE JOB OPPORTUNITIES AS WELL AS SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK IN THE COMMUNITY. IN ADDITION, THE PROGRAM OFFERS LEISURE ACTIVITIES ON SITE, SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, AND INDIVIDUAL LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR SOCIALIZATION AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS.
ENTERPRISE FRONT STREET SITE:ENTERPRISE FRONT STREET PROVIDES VOCATIONAL AND DAY SUPPORTS FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND BEHAVIORAL CHALLENGES. THE STAFFING AT THIS SITE IS PRIMARILY ONE TO ONE IN ORDER TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS WITH MORE CHALLENGING BEHAVIORS. FRONT STREET IS LICENSED FOR AND CURRENTLY SERVES 10 INDIVIDUALS RANGING IN AGES FROM 22 TO 60+ YEARS. INDIVIDUALS ARE PROVIDED OPPORTUNITIES FOR IN-HOUSE WORK, LEISURE ACTIVITIES, COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, WORK IN THE COMMUNITY, AND THEY ALSO WORK ON SOCIAL SKILLS AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS.
MADELIA ENTERPRISE SITE:MADELIA ENTERPRISE PROVIDES THE SAME SERVICES AS NOTED ABOVE AT THE ENTERPRISE NORTH SITE. THE PROGRAM IS LICENSED TO SERVE 30 INDIVIDUALS.
ENTERPRISE THRIFT SHOPPE:ENTERPRISE NORTH, INC. ALSO OPERATES THE ENTERPRISE THRIFT SHOPPE IN MADELIA, MN. THE THRIFT SHOPPE IS LICENSED TO SERVE 10 PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROVIDING THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN THE COMMUNITY AND PARTICIPATE IN MANY DIFFERENT JOBS OF RUNNING THE STORE.
