DAIRY SKILLS TRAINING WORKSHOPS. PROVIDE TRAINING: (1) IN THE USE OF FARM TECHNOLOGY FOR DAIRY OPERATORS AND EMPLOYEES, (2) IN GENERAL FARM OPERATIONS, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND INDUSTRY MARKET CHANGES, (3) IN NEW INNOVATIONS IN EQUIPMENT AND HERD HEALTH, (4) PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO YOUTH THROUGH INTERNSHIPS, MENTORSHIPS, AND OTHER PROGRAMS.
