WE PROVIDE RESOURCES THAT EMPOWER WOMEN AND MEN TO CHOOSE LIFE FOR THEIR UNBORN CHILD THROUGH MEDICAL SERVICES, PRACTICAL SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND A MATERNITY HOME. WITH COMPASSIONATE CARE, WE FOSTER HELP FOR TODAY, HOPE FOR TOMORROW AND HEALING FROM THE PAST.

WOMEN'S HEALTH SERVICES - IN 2023, FIRST CARE CLINIC PROVIDED 370 PATIENTS WITH PREGNANCY TESTING AND RESOURCES (28% INCREASE), AND OUR NURSE SONOGRAPHERS PERFORMED 380 ULTRASOUNDS AND PROVIDED 694 VISITS FOR TESTING OR TREATMENT OF SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS (23% INCREASE). RECOGNIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF SERVING THE WHOLE PERSON, 270 PATIENTS ACCEPTED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR SPIRITUAL CARE AND DISCUSSION DURING THEIR VISITS. OUR MOBILE CLINIC SERVED FIVE LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN: WEST MADISON, FITCHBURG, SUN PRAIRIE, WISCONSIN DELLS AND JANESVILLE. 98% OF OUR PATIENTS RESPONDING TO SURVEYS RATED THEIR OVERALL EXPERIENCE AS EXCELLENT OR VERY GOOD.
MATERNITY HOME - THE ELIZABETH HOUSE IS A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM TO HELP PREGNANT AND NEWLY PARENTING MOTHERS PREPARE FOR A FRESH START IN LIFE. THE ELIZABETH HOUSE PROVIDES, FREE OF CHARGE, ROOM AND BOARD, CASE MANAGEMENT, CLOTHING, TOILETRIES, DIAPERS, AND OTHER NECESSITIES OF LIFE. RESIDENTS PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, INCLUDING INSTRUCTION THROUGH A PARENTING PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, RESIDENTS WORK WITH CASE MANAGEMENT STAFF TO SECURE TRAINING IN FINANCIAL LITERACY, VERBAL LITERACY, JOB PREPAREDNESS, HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT, AND MORE. STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE SPIRITUAL SUPPORT AND MANY RESIDENTS ACCEPT AND/OR GROW IN THEIR CHRISTIAN FAITH. SUCCESSFUL GRADUATES HAVE SECURED A SAFE, AFFORDABLE PLACE TO LIVE, ARE STABLE AT WORK OR SCHOOL, HAVE CHOSEN APPROPRIATE CARE FOR THEIR CHILD, AND HAVE BUILT THE RESOURCES NECESSARY TO THRIVE. IN 2023 WE SERVED 38 WOMEN AND THEIR BABIES, PROVIDING A TOTAL OF 5,816 DAYS OF SHELTER AND SUPPORT. COLLECTIVELY, OUR RESIDENTS PAID OFF OVER $18,000 IN DEBT AND TWO MOMS COMPLETED THEIR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS.
EDUCATION - WE PROVIDE MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS WITH A NURSE EDUCATOR TO DISCUSS SEXUALITY AND HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS. WE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRESENT TO 1,342 STUDENTS IN 2023.
