TRINITY HOME HEALTH SERVICES (THHS), LOCATED IN LIVONIA, MI, MANAGES AND SUPPORTS SEVERAL HOME HEALTH CARE AND HOSPICE SITES AFFILIATED WITH TRINITY HEALTH. IN ADDITION, THHS OPERATES HOME CARE/HOSPICE SITES SERVING RESIDENTS IN CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, FLORIDA, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, NEBRASKA, OHIO, AND SOUTH DAKOTA. THHS RESPONDS TO INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS BY PROVIDING HEALTH SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR HOMES.
