HOME INFUSION: CHILDREN'S PROVIDES HOME INFUSION WHICH IS THE ADMINISTRATION OF INTRAVENOUS MEDICATIONS TO PATIENTS IN THE FAMILIAR SURROUNDINGS OF THEIR OWN HOME. INFUSION THERAPIES INCLUDE HOME INTRAVENOUS ANTIBIOTIC THERAPY, IMMUNOTHERAPY, HOME PARENTAL NUTRITION, CHEMOTHERAPY, INFUSION OF BLOOD PRODUCTS, INTRAVENOUS HYDRATION, SYNAGIS INJECTIONS, GROWTH HORMONE THERAPY, PAIN MANAGEMENT, AND HIV/AIDS THERAPY.
PRIVATE DUTY NURSING: CHILDREN'S PEDIATRIC PRIVATE DUTY HOME CARE TEAM CAN PROVIDE SKILLED CARE FOR EXTENDED HOURS TO CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. CHILDREN'S HOME CARE STAFF INCLUDES REGISTERED NURSES, LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES, HOME CARE ASSISTANTS, MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS AND PHARMACISTS. BY PROVIDING TREATMENT IN THE COMFORT OF THE HOME, WE ENABLE CHILDREN TO LIVE AS NORMALLY AS POSSIBLE, WHILE RECEIVING THE HIGHEST QUALITY CARE. WE WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CHILD'S DOCTOR TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF CARE. PRIVATE DUTY HOURS WERE 23,748 AND 31,373 IN 2021 AND 2020 RESPECTIVELY.
SKILLED NURSING: SKILLED NURSING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, ON AN HOURLY OR PER VISIT BASIS, DEPENDING ON THE DOCTOR'S ORDERS AND NEEDS OF THE PATIENT AND FAMILY. SERVICES ARE TAILORED TO MEET EACH CHILD'S INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. SKILLED NURSING VISITS WERE 6,340 AND 7,505 IN 2021 AND 2020 RESPECTIVELY.
