THE SEASIDE ARTS COUNCIL BRINGS TO ONSLOW COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS PROFESSIONALS IN EVERY ARTS DISCIPLINE. IT ARRANGES CONCERTS, PERFORMANCES,AND WORKSHOPS FOR THE PUBLIC. IT ENCOURAGES LOCAL ARTISTS IN ALL FIELDS, UNDERWRITES ART EVENTS FOR COMMUNITY FESTIVALS AND CELEBRATIONS AND PROVIDES INCENTIVES FOR RECOGNITION OF ARTS ACHIEVEMENTS.
