THE ORGANIZATION UNITES ITS MEMBERS IN THE BONDS OF FRATERNITY, BENEVOLENCE AND CHARITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A YEAR-ROUND SCHEDULE OF SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to enable students who demonstrate financial need to obtain the financial assistance they require to meet their educational and living expenses while in school.

TO SAVE LIVES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL MANNER AT ALL TIMES AND TO MAKE THEIR COMMUNITY A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE BY PROVIDING LIFESAVING INSTRUCTION TO ALL PERSONS.

SBSL FOCUSES ON THE STRONG BELIEF THAT EVERY CHILD IN ONSLOW COUNTY DESERVES AN AMAZING, CLEAN, AND SAFE COMPLEX TO PLAY BALL AND BE PROUD TO CALL THEIR "HOME" FIELD. SAFETY, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND ATHLETIC AND CHARACTER GROWTH ARE AT THE FOREFRONT OF THE PRIORITIES ESTABLISHED BY OUR CORPORATE OFFICERS AND ENACTED BY OUR SUPERB AND PROFESSIONAL VOLUNTEER COACHES. IN ADDITION, WE TIRELESSLY WORK EVERY DAY TO BRING A STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY TO ATTRACT THE BEST COMPETITION EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA HAS TO OFFER TO ALLOW OUR PLAYERS TO KEEP LEARNING, COMPETING, AND STRIVING TO REACH THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF SUCCESS.
