THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES RETURNING CITIZENS FROM PRISON OR JAIL AND PROBATIONERS AND PAROLEES WITH STABLE HOUSING AND FOOD INCLUDING THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS SUCH AS MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE CHALLENGES. UPON ARRIVAL THEY RECEIVE CLOTHING TOILETRIES SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS. WE PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT LIFE SKILLS CLASSES EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS CLASSES SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS BIRTH CERTIFICATES STATE IDENTIFICATION SUBSTANCE ABUSE CLASSES FAMILY REUNIFICATION TRANSPORTATION TO APPOINTMENTS AND PERMANENT HOUSING. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED SHELTER FOR 43 CLIENTS.
THIS EMERGENCY SHELTER PROGRAM PROVIDES TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR 89 PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORTIVE SERVICES LIFE SKILLS CLASSES EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS CLASSES WORK DOCUMENTATION MAINSTREAM SERVICES JOB COACHING TRANSPORTATION TO APPOINTMENTS RESUME PREPARATION ASSISTING WITH HOUSING SEARCHES FOR PERMANENT HOUSING
THE DRUG COURT RESIDENTIAL LIVING PROGRAM PROVIDED TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR 37 HOMELESS DRUG COURT PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. ASSISTED WITH MAINSTREAM SERVICES LIFE SKILLS EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS MAINTAINING SOBRIETY SUBSTANCE ABUSE CLASSES TRANSPORTATION TO APPOINTMENTS TRANSITION TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THE PROGRAM HELPS THE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS MAKE A POSITIVE ADJUSTMENT THAT GIVES THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO REMAIN OUT OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AND PLACES NOT DESIGNATED FOR HUMAN HABITATION.
