THIS INCLUDES, BUT NO LIMITED TO 1) MANAGING THE COORDINATED ENTRY PROCESS, 2) APPLYING FOR, RECEIVING, REPORTING, MEASURINGAND MONITORING ALL REVELANT FEDERAL AND STATE HOMELESS GRANTS, AND 3) COORDINATING RELEVANT COMMUNITY-WIDE COLLABORATIONS IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, CHILDCARE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.

OVERSEEING THE HOMELESS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (HMIS), MANAGING THE COORDINATED ENTRY PROCESS FOR THE CONTINUUM OF CARE, AND COORDINATING COUNTY-WIDE INITIATIVES WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE THAT THE EXPERIENCE OF HOMELESSNESS IN BREVARD COUNTY IS RARE, BRIEF AND NON-RECURRING.
