HOUSING AND EMERGENCY - CHAPMAN PARTNERSHIP, INC. OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE, HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HOMELESS ASSISTANCE THROUGH ONSITE SERVICES AND PARTNERSHIPS THAT HELP RESIDENTS ATTAIN SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND HOUSING STABILITY. THESE RESOURCES INCLUDE A WIDE ARRAY OF PROGRAMS THAT GO FAR BEYOND JUST EMERGENCY SHELTER, AND INCLUDE COMPREHENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT; HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE; CHILD CARE; JOB DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND PLACEMENT; AND PERMANENT HOUSING ASSISTANCE FACILITATED BY A VARIETY OF SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES - ALL LOCATED UNDER ONE ROOF.
HEALTHCARE - HEALTHCARE AT CHAPMAN ENCOMPASSES MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. HEALTH CLINICS LOCATED AT CHAPMAN PARTNERSHIP NORTH AND CHAPMAN PARTNERSHIP SOUTH ARE DESIGNED TO STABILIZE AND ADDRESS THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF RESIDENTS, INCLUDING ACUTE HEALTH PROBLEMS AND CHRONIC CONDITIONS, AND SERVE AS A RESIDENT'S PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER DURING THEIR STAY.
