Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
IN FY22, BRIDGE COMMUNITIES SERVED 81 FAMILIES INCLUDING 95 ADULTS (18 YRS AND OLDER) AND THEIR 151 CHILDREN (UNDER 18). BRIDGE CONTINUED TO EXPAND THE BREADTH AND QUALITY OF ITS SERVICE OFFERINGS TO FAMILIES AND THE OVER 300 VOLUNTEER MENTORS WHO SUPPORT THEM, FOCUSING ON CASE MANAGEMENT, NUTRITION, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, TRAUMA INFORMED CARE, AND CAREER AND EDUCATIONAL COUNSELING FOR BOTH ADULTS AND TEEN CHILDREN. IN 2022, WE LAUNCHED A PILOT INITIATIVE TO TEST A STRATEGY TO SHIFT FUNDING AND SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES FACING HOMELESSNESS, REDUCING TIME TO HOUSE, AND EXPANDING, IN AN INCREMENTAL WAY, THE NUMBER AND KINDS OF FAMILIES BRIDGE CAN SERVE.
