IT CONTINUALLY ASSESSES THE COUNTY NEEDS AND UPDATES IT'S STRATEGIC COMMUNITY PLAN. IT PROVIDES FUNDING FOR LOCAL PREVENTION, TREATMENT, AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS PROMOTES AWARENESS AND ADVOCATES FOR CHANGE.
