CREOKS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES' MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO FACILITATE RECOVERY AND HEALTHY FAMILY LIFESTYLES. WE ARE DEDICATED TO FULFILLING OUR MISSION BY THE CONTINUING PURSUIT OF ENSURING AFFORDABILITY, ACCESSIBILITY, QUALITY, AND INTEGRITY OF ALL OUR SERVICES AS WELL AS PROMOTING PREVENTION, EDUCATION, COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS, AND THE DEVELOPMENT/EXPANSION OF ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS AND METHODS TO MEET THE CHALLENGES OF THE FUTURE.
