TEXAS HEALTH URGENT CARE IS A MULTI-SITE SERVICE LINE OF WHOLLY-OWNED URGENT CARE CLINICS THAT BEGAN OPERATIONS IN 2020. THESE CLINICS OPERATE 365 DAY PER YEAR WITH A WELL DEFINED SCOPE OF SERVICE LIMITED TO LOW ACUITY URGENT CARE PATIENTS. THE CLINICS WILL NOT BE LICENSED AS, NOR WILL THEY OPERATE AS, EITHER A HOSPITAL NOR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENTS. THE CLINICS HAVE LIMITED LAB AND X-RAY CAPABILITY, FEATURE A TRANSPARENT PRICING STRUCTURE AND FOCUS ON AN EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT EXPERIENCE. DURING 2022 THERE WERE 114,619 URGENT CARE VISITS, 3,339 OTHER VISITS. RECOGNIZING ITS MISSION TO THE COMMUNITY, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO BOTH FINANCIALLY INDIGENT AND MEDICALLY INDIGENT PATIENTS.
