PROVIDES NUMEROUS MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING SUPERVISED LIVING ARRANGEMENTS, ADULT REHAB, JOB TRAINING FOR MENTALLY IMPAIRED, AND COUNSELING FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE, RAPE, AND SEXUAL ABUSE.EAST CENTER MEN'S UNIT IS A 30 DAY RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR MEN WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS LOCATED IN HARDIN COUNTY (12 BEDS).REFERRALS ARE ACCEPTED ACROSS THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, WITH PRIORITY GIVEN TO MEN FROM THE LINCOLN TRAIL AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.TRP SERVES ADULTS AGE 18 AND OLDER WHO ARE DIAGNOSED WITH A CHRONIC MENTAL ILLNESS AND HAVE HAD AT LEAST ONE OR MORE HOSPITALIZATIONS IN THE PAST TWO YEARS OR AT RISK OF BEING HOMELESS OR LACKING SKILLS TO SECURE AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT DUE TO CHRONIC MENTAL ILLNESS. THEY MAY ATTEND UP TO 3 DAYS A WEEK AT 4 HOURS PER DAY.
